In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. STEP ONE: YOU MUST SEND US: 1) Your Name and full Address (City, State, ZIP) 2) Your eMail Address 3) Your Invoice Number from your eMail Receipt and/or Shipping Form Please notify the Company by sending an email (within 14 days of purchase) to: You may also send a return request by physical mail (Post Office dated no later than 14 days from date of purchase) to: Faithful Elf Publishing P.O. Box 1996 Attleboro, MA 02703 STEP TWO: WE WILL SEND YOU, VIA STANDARD MAIL: 1) A Post Office Paid Return Slip Package the book in a shipping envelope and use the return slip to ship the package back to our fulfillment processing company. STEP THREE: WHEN WE RECEIVE THE BOOK AND VALIDATE ITS CONDITION: 1) The total charge and will be reversed on your credit card, less the original shipping cost.
